Meet Tory Tripp, Financial Advisor

FemGen Wealth was founded by Tory Tripp, a former Division I soccer player turned financial advisor who helps women build confidence and clarity around money, especially those navigating life's biggest financial transitions.
Tory has a particular passion for working with female athletes. She knows firsthand that the same discipline that builds a great competitor rarely comes with a roadmap for building wealth, and she's determined to change that.
Her path to financial services began in the classroom. Tory spent more than a decade as a math teacher, and if you had told her back then that she'd end up in finance, she probably would have laughed. But when she had the chance to teach a financial literacy course, something clicked. Watching students have those lightbulb moments around money reminded her why she became a teacher in the first place, and she realized she wanted to spend the rest of her career creating that feeling.
She also knows what it's like to feel completely lost when it comes to her own finances. Early in her career she was navigating debt and overspending on a teacher's salary, genuinely unsure where to start. Learning to automate her savings and invest with intention changed everything, and that experience shapes the way she works with every client.
Tory founded FemGen Wealth to bring financial empowerment to women who have often been the first in their families to build meaningful wealth. Her approach is rooted in empathy, accessibility, and the belief that understanding money should feel like a relief, not a chore.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Tory now lives in Denver and works with clients nationwide. A recovering perfectionist and lifelong competitor, she has recently taken up pickleball and golf, two sports that are doing a great job of keeping her humble.
