Our Story

Our Story

For much of history, women had limited financial independence. Many Baby Boomers and older Gen X women grew up in a time when they needed a husband or father to co-sign for a credit card or mortgage. It wasn’t until the Equal Credit Opportunity Act of 1974 that women in the U.S. gained the legal right to open credit accounts in their own name. Today, Millennial and Gen Z women are the first generations to have full financial autonomy from the start of adulthood, yet many still lack the guidance and confidence to build lasting wealth. Many women, both single and married, are navigating financial decisions without a roadmap—balancing career growth and wealth accumulation in ways previous generations couldn’t.

FemGen Wealth is about empowering women who are the first in their lineage to have full autonomy over their money, guiding them through the complexities of wealth-building with intention and clarity. We help our clients explore their money mindset, create strong financial habits, and identify proactive strategies for building and sustaining wealth. Through comprehensive education and personalized financial strategies we help ensure that every woman we work with feels confident, informed, and fully in control of her financial future.
