Tory Tripp
Founder of FemGen Wealth | Financial Planner | Educator at Heart
My journey to financial services began in the classroom as a middle and high school math teacher, where I dedicated over a decade to helping students build confidence through education. When I had the opportunity to teach a Financial Literacy course, everything changed. Witnessing the transformative power of financial education—both in my life and in my students'—ignited a passion I couldn’t ignore.
I founded FemGen Wealth to bring that same empowerment to others, focusing on individuals often excluded from financial conversations. I work with women who are often the first in their families to build wealth. I believe financial knowledge is the ultimate equalizer, unlocking opportunities that can reshape futures. My approach is rooted in empathy, accessibility, and results, making even the most intimidating financial topics easy to understand and apply.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by money. I once navigated debt and overspending on a teacher’s salary, unsure of where to begin. Learning how to automate my savings with purpose changed everything. That shift is what drives my work today.
I’m originally from Portland, Oregon, and now live in Denver, working with clients nationwide. As a former collegiate soccer player, I still love staying active. These days, I’ve joined the pickleball craze and recently picked up golf—both of which keep me humble and competitive in the best way.
